The BYLAWS COMMITTEE meets on an as-needed basis to consider any rule changes that would help our mission.
get your LAND USE issue heard
We make recommendations to the City of LA about land use (e.g., zoning, building and safety) projects and issues that impact our stakeholders. Before the issue can be presented to the whole Board, it must be heard by the LAND USE COMMITTEE, which usually meets Quarterly, on the Fourth Thursday of every month.
GET YOUR PROJECT FUNDED
P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council funds projects that directly benefit our stakeholders. The FINANCE COMMITTEE reviews all requests before making a recommendation to the Board. Find out more about the process here. Quarterly, on the First Wednesday of every month.
MEET NEIGHBORS
Our most important job is connecting with the most diverse community in LA! Join the OUTREACH COMMITTEE to help plan and carry out events that reach residents, businesses and non-profit organizations in our area. Quarterly, on the Third Monday of every month.
