All voting for the March 16, 2021, PICO Neighborhood Council Elections must be done by mail. All voters must request a ballot by completing the City Clerk’s ballot application form. Paper request forms will be available at the Council District 10 field office at 5651 West Pico Blvd. No. 102 on the following date:
