The scheduled and committed speakers include The Honorable Herb Wesson, Los Angeles City Council President (confirmed but possibly delayed arrival), The Honorable Paul Koretz (Los Angeles City Council Member CD 5), Diane Robertson (President, Sutro Avenue Block Club, Romerol Malveaux (Member Cherrywood Leimert Block Club), John Gonzales, (VP, Baldwin HIlls Estates HOA, Inc.), Hydee Feldstein (Co-Chair of Land Use Committee and VP of P.I.C.O. NC), Larry Gross (Executive Director, Coalition For Economic Survival) and Brad Kane (President of P.I,C,O NC and of South Carthay NA).

The panel is will cover SB 50, the impetus and proposed solution, address the cumulative measures already enacted in LA, and cover a variety of issues for single family homeowners, small landlords and tenants.
